As a Retail Salesperson at Totally Trucks, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customers' needs and provide product recommendations.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of automotive accessories and their applications.
• Answer customer inquiries regarding product features, pricing, and compatibility.
• Sales and Upselling:
• Actively engage in selling products to achieve individual and store sales targets.
• Upsell complementary accessories and services to enhance the customer's purchase.
• Effectively communicate promotions, discounts, and warranty information to customers.
• Product Knowledge:
• Stay updated on the latest trends, technologies, and advancements in automotive accessories.
• Provide accurate information about product specifications, installation processes, and maintenance.
• Assist customers in finding the right accessories for their vehicles based on preferences and requirements.
• Merchandising and Store Maintenance:
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Ensure that all products are properly labeled with accurate pricing.
• Assist with restocking shelves and maintaining adequate inventory levels.
• Customer Satisfaction:
• Resolve customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Gather customer feedback and communicate it to the management team for continuous improvement.
• Strive to create a positive and memorable shopping experience for every customer.

Qualifications:

• Previous retail sales experience, preferably in automotive accessories or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge and passion for automotive accessories and customization.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Computer skills for point-of-sale transactions and inventory management.
• Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends.
