- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Assist customers in finding the right products and solutions for their needs
- Upsell additional products or services to increase sales
- Demonstrate product knowledge and technical expertise to effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Maintain a clean and organized sales area
```Experience```
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus
- Knowledge of wireless technology and products is beneficial
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively communicate and sell to customers
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
