Per Diem Counselors and Therapists
Conifer Park, a private healthcare system, provides quality professional treatment to those suffering from Substance Use Disorders, is seeking a Clinical Counselor. We are seeking someone that shares our values of meeting the individual needs of our patient population, being flexible and innovative to meet the needs of all who interact with us, working in a cooperative mutually supportive way, with an emphasis on continuous improvement and collaboration between departments and disciplines.
As a Counselor or Therapist you will assume full charge of patient case management, delivering individual and group mental health and chemical dependency services including assessment, discharge planning, managed care, and relevant communication, formulation and implementation of treatment plans, and performing specified duties.
Requirements:Counselor I: High School Diploma or GED with a valid CASAC-T certification and 1 year of Case Management experience or applicable internship. Chemical dependency and/or mental health experience preferred. Group counseling, didactic skills.
Counselor II: High School Diploma or GED and a valid CASAC certification with a minimum of 1 year of applicable experience or applicable internship. Chemical dependency and/or mental health experience , with group counseling, didactic skills.
Therapist III: Bachelor’s Degree and current CASAC certification OR Master’s licensable degree and a minimum of 1 year relevant experience or applicable internship. Experience in Chemical dependency and/or mental health. Experience in Group counseling and Didactic Skills
Therapist VI: Master’s Licensed Degree with a valid LMHC, LMSW or LCSW Experience in Chemical dependency and/or mental health. Experience in Group counseling and Didactic Skills
