Job Description
This role is hybrid. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend three days a week at the listed U.S. Bank location(s), while having flexibility on their work location for the other working days.
Key Responsibilities
- Activity-Based Costing (ABC): Support the implementation and management of Activity-Based Costing methodologies to accurately allocate costs and enhance cost visibility.
- Shared Service Allocations: Collaborate in the administration and documentation of shared service allocation methodologies to ensure accurate distribution of costs.
- Financial Modeling and Reporting: Provide support in the development and maintenance of financial models and reports for financial planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making.
- Cost Analysis and Reporting: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of cost analysis reports, including variance analysis and trend analysis, to support informed decision-making.
- Financial Forecasting and Budgeting: Support the development of financial forecasts and annual budgets, providing cost-related input and recommendations.
- Cost Review and Challenge Sessions: Participate in cost review and challenge sessions, contributing insights and analysis to identify cost optimization opportunities.
- Multi-Dimensional Reporting: Contribute to the development and maintenance of multi-dimensional reporting tools that provide insights into key cost objects and trends.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- Two or more years of related experience
- Working knowledge of financial analysis techniques and general accounting procedures
- Well-developed mathematical and analytical skills
- Basic knowledge in financial analysis, forecasting, and planning
- Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to analyze data
- Strong technical skills related to data mining and visualization tools

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
