Cost Engineer

The Order Engineer will be planning the most optimal production method and calculating the production cost, of quotation requests a multi-million-dollar global account(s) for many of the world’s most popular playing Card Games, Trading Card Games, and Board Game brands in the world!

The Order Engineer will focus on converting customer orders into a B.O.M. and B.O.L., with the aim of generating manufacturing instructions as efficiently as possible, as well as properly managing the material planning.

What you’ll do as an Order Engineer:

• Creation of calculations
• Cost optimization of production methods and material consumption.
• Quality of the calculations and manufacturing instructions.
• Communication with various (international) sales offices to better understand customer needs and translate them into production
• Creation of articles with BOM/BOL
• Creation of manufacturing documents
• Cost optimization of production methods and material consumption.

We’re looking for an Order Engineer with:

• Level bachelor in a graphic direction or equivalent by experience.
• 5 years of experience in production environment.
• Knowledge of graphic processes is necessary.
• Knowledge of the calculation system is necessary.
• Experience in ERP systems preferable SAP.

Physical requirements and working conditions:

Our manufacturing Plant is comprised of enclosed office and manufacturing space. This position requires the ability to:

• Move throughout the entire facility to attend to various issues
• Work effectively in teams across functional groups with strong communication skills and the ability to lead
• Perform sedentary work on various computer systems
• This Order Engineer position is located on-site in our Dallas facility
