Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Review and explain variances between absorbed and incurred labor and overhead, prepare entries to allocate these variances to product and cost of sales.
• Maintain the integrity of labor reported and reconcile to payroll system.
• Support Physical Inventory Counts and Cycle Count Program
• Prepare, analyze, and coordinate annual budgets and monthly forecasts.
• Oversee identification of risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Operations to develop, review, and maintain bill of materials and routings.
• Partner with Supply Chain to identify inventory at-risk of obsolescence; and assist in disposal of obsolete inventory as needed.
• Support the Finance Team in establishing sound policies, procedures, and financial systems to ensure the quality and integrity of inventory.
• Collect, develop, and analyze data regarding operational costs such as administrative, labor, shipping, facility maintenance, etc.
• Special projects and ad hoc analysis assigned by the CFO.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance
• 5+ years Cost Accounting experience
