Position Overview
An AIKG Training Manager is responsible for assisting, initiating, and supporting the ongoing administrative duties in relation to AIKG Training personnel. The AIKG Training Manager will work closely with the Director of Training and New Store Opening to ensure proper Andretti standards are met in a timely fashion as well as help manage the Corporate Training team.
This is a salaried Full Time Position.
Position Responsibilities
- Oversee and assist in administrative duties in regard to training.
- Support all Training Department Initiatives and manage the output and productivity of the team.
- Initiate Reports and tracking for the Training Department.
- Follow all new hires throughout the training process and initial 90 days of employment.
- Engage in open communication with trainees regarding training and learned material.
- Provide administrative support to the Training department. The support may include preparing appointments and creating agendas.
Andretti Indoor Karting & Games (AIKG) is a rapidly growing Family Entertainment company. Required:
- Eligible to work in the United States
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong written, verbal communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Strong Organizational skills
- The ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
- Associate degree or two year’s related business experience
- Knowledge of medical and insurance terminology
- Fundamental knowledge of Workers Comp and General Liability processes
- Insurance claims processing experience
- Strong in Vyond, Captivate or similar software.
