The Foundation Manager of Corporate Philanthropyand Grants is responsible for identifying,
cultivating, and soliciting major gift donors, including individuals, corporations, and
foundations. This position will implement and oversee a comprehensive Corporate Philanthropy
Partners program and ensure the timely submission of grant proposals and reports. Building
collaborative relationships with key internal and external stakeholders is a priority, as is

- Establish and maintain collaborative working relationships with development colleagues and board
members to maximize philanthropy revenue. - Utilize institutional resources and databases to ensure appropriate management of donors, prospects,
and volunteers in coordination with the organization's objectives. - Conduct research to identify prospects, with an emphasis on major gifts, and creates strategies to
match prospects' interests to the fundraising priorities. - Write, review, and prepare communication materials in support of fundraising activities.
- Collaborate on the creation of all stewardship/recognition initiatives including the philanthropy
reports. - Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluation of staff.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative
job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
