Responsibilities of the Corporate Trainer:
- Training new hires the essential tools needed for closing leases such, leasing techniques, strong customer service skills for generating prospects, and internal property management software
- Conduct scheduled in person and small group training as well as "Continued Education" WebEx meetings with onsite team members on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Create and implement new training strategies which will be rolled out to all onsite team members
- 20-25% Travel will be required
Requirements of the Corporate Trainer:
- Minimum of 3 years leasing experience with 2 years' experience as trainer in a corporate environment in the multifamily industry REQUIRED
- Associates Degree or higher preferred
- Must be proficient in Multifamily management software (i.e. Yardi, Onesite)
- Demonstrated professionalism and job stability
- Organized with ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, team environment
