Mobilelink is the largest Cricket Wireless retailer in the country. As our growth continues, we are looking to add to our world class team. We are currently seeking candidates for a Field Trainer. The Field Trainer responsibility is to identify the training needs, coordinate, and deliver the sales training according to the business needs. Ensure all gaps in knowledge, skills, and competency have been filled out completely to ensure that the training is compliant with the practical techniques that need to be used in the field.

Bilingual Corporate Trainer "Spanish":
- Deliver structured training to the sales service staff to help reinforce online training
- Eager to learn and to use those skills to teach others
- Planning and scheduling of time and travel to effectively assist multiple locations
- Provide reporting on a regular basis
- Spanish Language Speaker
As with our sales staff, Mobilelink is looking for outgoing motivated and customer focused individuals with at least 2 years of training experience in a retail environment. A definite advantage is given to individuals who have a degree in educations. Also preferred status is granted to candidates with prior wireless telecom experience.
Basic Requirements:
- At least one year of retail experience in sales or customer services
- At least two years experience in training
- Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word)
- Motivational speaker with the ability and patience to teach new and existing procedures
- High School diploma or GED / College degree preferred
