The Corporate Systems Administrator supports applications associated with and including Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP). This includes all planning, execution, and support of maintaining, configuring, and updating the system and security planning, integrations, and providing business and technical support. The Corporate Systems Administrator will serve as the critical liaison and business process expert for ERP systems, supporting all aspects of Microsoft Dynamics GP, including information feeds to and from the system.

- Support all Microsoft Dynamics-GP environments, including Development and Production
- Proficiently administer customization and integration tools, modified forms and reports, and smart list builder
- Implement standards and procedures for administration activities for Microsoft Dynamics-GP
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Dynamics-GP user problems, including issues with integrations to/from other systems, and deliver resolutions in a timely manner
- Provide help-desk end-user support of Microsoft Dynamics-GP and ERP applications as necessary
- Assist in solving production problems, including off-hours and weekend support as needed
- Serve as subject matter expert for daily use of ERP applications
- Create and maintain financial reports using accounting and financial reporting systems
- Maintains and documents changes and security for Audits
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5+ years of Microsoft Dynamics GP experience, including Integration Manager
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial aspects of ERP systems
- Microsoft SQL Server Database administration, maintenance, upgrades, backup and recovery
- Extensive experience with large-scale and multiple integrations
- Proficient with customization and integration tools, modified forms, and reports
- Able to handle high-priority and sensitive situations with empathy, patience, tact, and diplomacy
- Strong follow-through, prioritization, and time management skills
- Proven project management skills and experience
