Form of workCargill, Incorporated seeks a full- time Corporate Strategy Associate based in Wayzata, MN. The Corporate Strategy Associate works within Cargill's Corporate Strategy group in partnership with Cargill’s leadership to develop winning strategies that drive sustained, profitable growth in an increasingly dynamic and global Food & Agriculture environment. This position requires a Master’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, or a related field and 1 year of related experience. Must also have 12 months of experience (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) evaluating market entry opportunities, developing new business models, defining long-term CORPORATE STRATEGY, and supporting strategy execution; (2) breaking down ambiguous and complex business problems, developing and testing hypotheses, qualitative and quantitative data gathering and analysis driving to feasible solutions; (3) working with global senior stakeholders with different perspectives and objectives to identify business opportunities, building and implementing tailored strategies; (4) working in an international business environment to develop and test hypotheses, qualitative and quantitative data gathering and analysis driving to feasible solutions; and (5) building advanced quantitative analysis in Excel and Executive-style communication material development in PowerPoint. Will accept experience gained before, during or after Master’s program. All experience may have been gained concurrently. Position includes a telecommute benefit within commuting distance to a Wayzata-area Cargill office, as directed. Up to 20% domestic and international travel required.
