Corporate-Renewable Energy Associate Attorney-New York

AM Law 100 Firm's New York Office is seeking Associates to join its corporate practice.

• Experience: Corporate experience representing developers, lenders, sponsors and tax equity investors in renewable energy development, project finance and M&A transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating project contracts (including O&M agreements, EPC contracts, management agreement and offtake contracts) purchase and sales agreements and tax equity financing agreements as well as general corporate related experience. The opportunity affords meaningful client contact with blue chip corporate sponsors, strategic investors, investment funds and other sophisticated investors on cutting edge matters.
• 4-7 years of experience required.
• The annual compensation range for this position is between $295,000 and $400,000.
