GENERAL SUMMARY:
Provides employment services to company and Alleviate affiliates by sourcing, screening, interviewing, and making recommendations regarding potential employees who match the professional skills and culture defined by each department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Conducts full-cycle recruiting on requisitions assigned by the Talent Acquisition
Manager; duties include creating job postings, reviewing and screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews through networking, social media, internet searches and utilization of other various tools
• Assist in training new hires that join the Talent Acquisition team.
• Carries out the onboarding process ensuring all new hires PAF's are sent and completed, equipment coordination is completed, and all new hire documentation is sent to HR to be processed.
• Assists Senior Corporate Recruiter with tasks deemed necessary.
• Contact and recruit potential candidates to discuss job opportunities in response to both a connection or "cold call."
• Source candidates through a variety of avenues, including: Job Boards, Social Media,
Personal Network/Referrals and candidate outreach.
• Assists Senior Corporate Recruiter in development of appropriate job postings to match the job responsibilities.
• Greets candidates who are interviewing and introduces them to the Hiring Manager.
• Coordinates scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers ensuring a positive candidate experience through diplomacy, tact and a high level of professionalism.
• Provide excellent candidate care and experience throughout the recruiting process.
• Informs job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, and working conditions.
• Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the Senior Corporate Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Process hiring-related paperwork through e-sign.
• Conducts reference and background verifications, if applicable, and reports results to the HR Department.
• Drafts and extends offer letters to applicants.
• Works closely with Senior Corporate Recruiter to ensure quality and timely response for all staffing needs.
• Works with IT to ensure new hires have all required equipment before the first day of work.
• Use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
• Develops partnerships with hiring managers to ensure quality and timely response for all staffing needs
• Represents the company at colleges, educational institutions, and job fairs.
• Manages relationships with external agencies and vendors who advertise and promote targeted jobs.
• Ensures compliance with our hiring process and standards.
• Follow all policies and procedures for the department and Company
• Maintain compliance with the Company's Attendance and Punctuality expectations
• Maintain compliance with established timekeeping policies which includes accurate recording of hours worked, working only pre-approved Overtime, and requesting Unpaid or Paid Time Off in accordance with Company Policy
• Establish and maintain an understanding of how to utilize the Company's time keeping software, ensuring that additional training is requested as needed.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS: (Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience normally required for competent performance)
Knowledge and Experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred, but high school diploma accepted with some college or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 6 months to a year of talent acquisition experience in staffing for administrative, professional, and managerial positions
• Previous experience in-house high-volume recruitment/sourcing background a plus

Salary $70-$80k DOE, eligible for bonuses, local in office only
