THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a recruiter that is located in Denver, CO or San Jose, CA area. We are also considering candidates who are remote.
Xactly’s Human Resources team is a global, diverse team, representing a range of experiences. To be successful in this role, we’ll look to you to serve as a business partner and talent advisor to key leadership managers across Xactly’s global teams including North America, EMEA, and APAC.
THE SKILLSET
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Sales and GTM recruitment experience a must and preferably in tech environments
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise in building partnerships and with hiring managers - and being a talent coach/advisor who is unafraid to challenge the status quo at times
- Experience using/managing ATS workflows and vigilant about keeping a clean database
- Data driven, proficient in recruitment metrics and tools
- Collaborative and communicative with stakeholders at all levels
- Self-sufficient and motivated to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Results-driven with a track record of success in managing both the candidate experience and manager experience.
- Optimistic and resourceful problem solver
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for mostly GTM and some Product, and G&A departments
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and prioritize what are the talent profile needs, convey market/talent landscape, and set up sourcing and interview plans
- Employ innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent
- Advise hiring managers on best practices and tools
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience through effective communication and follow-up
- Achieve staffing goals within desired timeframes
- Lead candidate experience across various departments
- Build talent pipelines and articulate company value proposition
- Maintain ATS database hygiene and provide regular pipeline updates
- Improve recruitment processes and candidate experience
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers
- Maintain healthy talent pipelines and provide insights through reporting

The compensation range is specific to the posted job location and role and takes into account the wide range of factors considered in making compensation decisions but not limited to skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, performance, and market and peer comparisons. Salary ranges allow for growth opportunities as the employee develops new skills and/or hones current skills. A reasonable range estimate is $108,000-$136,000 plus applicable bonus.
