Corporate Recruiter "Hunter"

We are hiring an experienced Corporate Recruiter to help us keep growing. This position will primarily focus on our CONSTRUCTION DIVISION, across Florida, the Southeast, the Mid-Atlantic and Texas. This position hires salaried Project Managers
Responsibilities:

• Locate qualified, potential applicants using HUNTING techniques - searching resume boards, cold-calling, and other hunting techniques.
• Manage 20+ open positions at one time, usually the same or similar roles in multiple locations and for multiple hiring managers.
• Communicate effectively with potential applicants by phone, Teams, and email.
• Screen resumes against job qualifications, and pre-screen/hold intitial interviews with candidates for various positions within the organization.
• Modify or create job announcements that list requirements for each job, such as desired work experience, education, and job skills
• Apply principles of behavioral interviewing to access the qualifications of candidates
• Establish and maintain professional relationships with colleges and local organizations to participate in job fairs or networking events.
• Communicate with selected applicants to offer employment
• Communicate effectively and timely with all hiring managers in various forms - calls, emails, etc.

Requirements

• 5+ recruiting experience for a high-volume organization, agency, or executive search firm required; experience within the Construction industry highly preferred.
• Willingness to use cold or warm calling methods to recruit or research potential applicants
• Familiarity with Paylocity applicant tracking system preferred; previous use of another similar ATS required.
• Excellent analytical skills to track metrics and interpret data for strategic recruiting campaigns
• A professional, courteous demeanor on the phone and in-person
• An impeccable public image, including on social media
• Strong interpersonal skills, especially the ability to network and establish professional relationships
• Availability to periodically travel within the SE and Mid-Atlantic United States to attend job fairs and networking events
• Ability to work under pressure and prioritize needs in a demanding, fast-paced environment with strict deadlines

This position reports to the Human Resources leader. The person in this role is expected to understand and adhere to all employment and hiring laws (EEOC, ADA, etc).

General Position Information:
This position operates in an office environment (hybrid remote or in-office). Working hours are M-F, 8-5, 9-6, etc.
This position requires the use of the computer, email, phone, and copier/printer. This is a primarily sedentary role.
