Corporate Mid level Management Position
Taoma real estate corporation, McCormick International Inc, is looking for a highly qualified mid level manager who need not have any experience in real estate or property management but must have experience in some form of mid level management in a corporate setting. Qualifying candidates will be able and willing to grow with the McCormick Corporation, and able to demonstrate prior stable employment with progressively higher levels of responsibility over time. Three to five years’ experience in a mid level corporate environment is desired.
McCormick is a multi-faceted small Tacoma based company involved in the development, investment, ownership and management of real estate properties. The company offers opportunity for future growth. The current position is that of mid level management to handle the day to day operations in the property management segment of the company.
The position is a hands on activity based position, handling a significant amount of paperwork, records, and computer work, while working under a senior manager who works directly for the McCormick owners. The position requires the characteristics of tenacity, self-starter, desire and ability to learn quickly, able to adapt and take on progressively new levels of responsibilities on a regular and continuous basis. The position required better than average communication skills, computer skills and knowledge skills. The person must be able to take direction and learn the policies, goals and procedures of the organization and implement them as directed to do, while having independent thought about what is being done, and able to offer ideas on how to improve to better meet he goals.
