The Corporate Communications Manager directs the marketing communications activities of an organization. Develops and implements internal and external communication strategies for the organization to ensure that unified, consistent, and positive messages define and promote the corporate identity and mission. This position will work across teams and the organization to develop and execute integrated communications campaigns in line with LIBERTY's initiatives.
Job Summary Details
- Execute integrated communications strategy and vision.
- Work closely with LIBERTY's CEO and Marketing department to develop messaging, press releases, contributed articles, event strategy and media relations strategy for LIBERTY announcements and corporate marketing campaigns.
- Administers the dissemination of corporate information or messaging internally and externally.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures for communicating on behalf of the organization that represents the corporate identity and promotes and supports the organizations mission.
- Drafts proposals for special communications projects; presents on and promotes these projects to management.
- Seeks new methods and creative strategies to increase internal and external awareness of key events and changes in the organization including the launch of new products, special events, local and global community service, and other topics of interest.
- Evaluates message content and target audience and suggests appropriate delivery channels.
- Works across teams to research and develop potential news or story ideas.
- Independently manage projects from start to finish, including engagement and oversight of external vendors.
- Collects data on the performance of specific communications or campaigns.
Qualifications
Education Requirements
4 Year / Bachelors' Degree-in Communications, Marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
10 years' Progressive experience in Communications, with a minimum of 6 years' experience in Corporate Communications management or related. Previous experience in direct interaction and collaboration with C-Suite required.

- Ability to prioritize and manage your work with minimal guidance from leadership or other Corporate Communications team members.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and able to drive cross-functional deadlines consistently.
- Persuasive communication skills.
- Ability to influence others both in written and verbal forms of communication.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Suite and Adobe products
- Strong strategic, creative, analytical, and detail-oriented skills.
- Knowledge of health care industry and ability to comprehend relevant federal, state, and other key requirements, strongly preferred.
Compensation
In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary for this position is $89,306 - $129,098, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. If you are hired at LIBERTY, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience. In addition to those factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider internal equity of our current team members as a part of any, final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical in order to allow for future & continued salary growth. We also offer an amazing benefits package.
Location
Our employees are distributed in office locations in multiple markets across the United States. We are unable to hire or allow employees to work outside of the United States.
