- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- MUST HAVE At least 3 years' experience with Employee Benefits in a corporate environment. Strong background in FMLA, 401(k), and benefits compliance.
- Work Schedule is hybrid Monday-Friday 8am - 5pm
- Determine eligibility of team members for benefits
- Enroll Team Members in various benefits programs
- Maintain benefits and deductions in required systems
- Monthly reconciliation of insurance invoices
- Provide needed information to assist in monthly general ledger reconciliation of all health insurance plans
- Work with COBRA third party administrator to ensure compliance is maintained
- Receive and code COBRA payments to appropriate general ledger accounts
- Track Team Members on LOA/FMLA and ensure payments are received and processed
- Assist with 401k processing and auditing
- Develop training modules to ensure team members are maximizing benefits
- Assist with updating and auditing open enrollment benefit systems
- Travel to communities for enrollment meetings
- Process and update 1095c forms
- Process Qualifying Life Events
