QUALIFICATIONS:
- You are a current and in good standing member of the Virginia State Bar (or able to waive in).
- You have 3+ years of corporate transactional experience, including contract review.
- Experience in health law is a bonus, but not required.
- You have a strong academic record and a law degree.
- You are a smart, driven attorney seeking to learn and grow in a team environment,
- You have a dedication to excellent client service and a passion for the practice of law.
