THE ORGANIZATION
Alta California Regional Center (ACRC) is a non-profit agency under contract to the State of California and for 50 years has provided the coordination of Services to individuals with developmental disabilities. ACRC employs approximately 650 persons working out of eight offices in a ten-county area. ACRC is one of 21 Regional Centers in California.
THE POSITION AND JOB SUMMARY
ACRC is seeking an Early InterventionService Coordinator located in the Sacramento Office. The Early InterventionService Coordinator will have cases anywhere in the Sacramento area and will provide case management and advocacy for children from birth to three years of age with a developmental delay, established risk condition, or who are at high risk of having a developmental disability. Responsibilities include conducting psychosocial and developmental screening assessments in the home environment; developing individual family service plans (IFSP) with families and collaborative agencies; coordinating services for infants and their families; determining ongoing eligibility of clients at age 3; completing all required forms, documentation, and reports according to regulations and ACRC policies and procedures; rotating officer-of-the-day duties with other Service Coordinators; assisting co-workers with special projects, unique problems, vacation, and sick relief as required; providing emergency on-call services when required.

COMPENSATION
The below is dependent upon experience and education.
- Service Coordinator I: $20.59 - $28.93/hr. (must possess a bachelor's degree)
- Service Coordinator II: $22.71 - $31.94/hr. (must possess a bachelor's degree and 5 years of regional center experience)
- Service Coordinator IIIB: $24.14 - $33.96/hr. (must possess a master's degree and 1-year post-masters experience)
- Service Coordinator IIIA: $26.65 - $ 37.53/hr. (must possess a master's degree and 2-years post-masters experience)
Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Applicants must possess a Master's or a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field; demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills; have strong time management and organization skills; and possess a valid California driver's license and automobile liability insurance. One year of professional experience in social work or a related field (preferably in the field of developmental disabilities) is preferred. Other requirements and qualifications may apply.
