```Duties```

- Assist customers with their Copy and Print needs, and help in the retail store finding products.

_ Help put stock away

_ Basic cleaning and organizing of retail store

- Operate copy machines, printers, and other equipment Learn different types of papers and when to use them and how to set copiers correctly

- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

- Upsell additional services and products to customers

- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities of the copy center

- Perform basic math calculations to determine pricing and totals

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Multilingual or bilingual skills are a plus, especially Spanish

```Requirements```

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, but not required

- Knowledge of copy center operations and equipment is a plus, but not required

- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and coworkers

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks

- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register

_ Must be able to stand and walk for long period of time

_ Must be able to lift upto 50lb occasionally

_ Must have good organizational skills and good time managment

_ Must have dependable transportation

_ Must enjoy working with the public

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

_ Must be able to work indenpendantly on projects

_ Assist managment or other co-works with projects as needed.

- Must be motivated and willing to learn and take constructive feedback with a positive attitude

-Must be patient and understand there is a large learning curve with many details

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $11.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
