The Coordinator, Strategic Enrollment Planning will assist in the development and operationalization of enrollment strategies aimed at improving student success, fostering a seamless journey from admission to graduation. Support and assess the initiatives outlined in the Strategic Enrollment Plan. Analyze enrollment data to inform decision making and identify areas for improvement. Conduct research on enrollment trends, competitor institutions, and best practices in higher education. Collaborate with DEM leaders and other stakeholders to plan and execute programs throughout the academic year that align with enrollment strategies, including (but not limited to) the TU Enrollment Management Summit, workshops, best practices sessions, and a division-wide leadership team retreat. Uphold and promote cultural inclusivity, data-driven-decision making, and staff excellence as part of the DEM team. This position reports directly to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, facilitating effective communication and coordination.Telework may be available for this position up to two days per week following the completion of 90 days of service in good standing.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degreeThree years of experience in enrollment management or other related fields in higher education. The candidate should have experience with strategic planning processes, working in complex operations, and thorough knowledge of enrollment management best practices.Strong skills in problem solving, conflict resolution, and personal and interpersonal communication. Demonstrated ability to assess, strategize, and operationalize with a data-driven approach.Experience with promoting and supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in higher education.Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information and records, and possess strong writing, presentation, and communication skills.
