JOB TITLE: Coordinator, Programs
DEPARTMENT: Programs
REPORTS TO: Manager, Pre-College Programs
REMOTE ROLE: Yes
EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time (exempt)
SALARY RANGE (based on experience): $45,000 - $60,500/year
SUMMARY:
The PCI Coordinator is responsible to organize and facilitate the functions required to prepare for and implement PCI programs and activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as the internal main point of contact for all PCI programs.
- Ensure the accuracy and of database information including:
- NSBE Jr. chapters (status, region, location, etc.)
- PCI competition participants
- NSBE Jr. program participants
- Communicate with program participants and partners, as needed, regarding programs.
- Determine supply needs and coordinate the purchase and delivery of supplies with National PCI Chair. Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and vendors.
- Maintain the PCI Rulebook and Toolkit. Facilitate all applicable updates and changes.
- Coordinate program evaluations and reports for PCI programs. Provide information and recommendations to Programs leadership.
- Provide support to the Summer Engineering Experience for Kids (SEEK) team during the summer, as needed.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, copying, light lifting, and writing, as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant experience in project management, administration, and data management.
- Comfort and passion for working with young people and supporting their development and growth.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Access) and project management software.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to establish and maintain relationships (internal and external) is extremely important
