Job Summary:
The Online Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Shiseido and Clé de Peau Beauté eCommerce team with a focus on Online Marketing. This role will manage the execution of lower funnel & content marketing to foster an online community and generate sales across Shiseido.com and Cledepeaubeaute.com through owned channels, including Email, SMS, Affiliates, and LF Paid Media.
This role requires close strategic and creative collaboration with the Ecommerce, Legal, Quality Assurance, Communications, Digital Marketing, Creative, and Education departments to create a strong, cohesive, and seamless brand experience across touch points in the customer experience.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:Essential Job Duties:
Promotional Planning and Execution
In collaboration with the Senior Manager, Ecommerce, execute Shiseido.com and Cledepeaubeaute.com marketing activities, aid in promotion concepting, optimize affiliate channel strategy and manage site vendor relationships.
Email Marketing and Content Development
Collaborate with Brand Marketing, eCommerce and Creative teams for email calendar planning, including cadence, content and design, integrating best practices.
Lead external communication and manage third-party agencies, including email, SMS, and CRM vendors, with a focus on meaningful a/b testing to draw consumer insights & patterns.
Ownership of email creation process, from calendar organization to briefing creative and copywriter to delivering assets and testing proofs.
Working closely with Senior Manager, Online Marketing to ensure all necessary creative assets for affiliate and SMS partners are ready for use.
Researching competitive landscapes to stay on top of digital trends and integrating best practices into content/ecommerce planning across both brands.
Testing, Reporting and Analysis
Own daily tracking of broadcast email and SMS reporting & analytics, including looking at performance metrics and pulling in actionable learnings on creative & strategic best-practices to continue improving overall engagement and effectiveness of Email & SMS marketing.
Assist in ad-hoc reporting requests around new product launches, evergreen tactics, and always-on email & SMS strategies that ladder up to overall brand initiatives.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Bachelor’s degree required
Up to 2 years of work or internship experience in email/SMS marketing preferred.
Proficient in MS Office, including familiarity with handling Excel data organization & analysis.
Analytical and vendor management skills, with familiarity in Google Analytics.
Is an excellent communicator and confident public-speaker.
Meticulous attention to detail with excellent organizational and project management skills.
Personable and adept at problem solving with a self-sufficient attitude.

$32.98 - $45.35/ hour
