ABOUT THE JOB
MU Health Care is looking for a dynamic and compassionate Coordinator for Occupational Medicine to join our team. In this role, you will be a vital part of a multi-disciplinary care team, collaborating with patients, employers, and third-party administrators to ensure seamless and timely care for complex needs patients. We seek an individual with strong communication skills who can address patient and employer concerns with empathy and efficiency. As the liaison between clinics and specialty care services, you will play a crucial role in minimizing fragmentation in the health delivery system. Your responsibilities include overseeing daily practice operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and contributing to the training and orientation of new staff. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field, possesses two years of OCCUPATIONAL MEDICINE experience, and has a passion for improving the quality of care while reducing costs and improving outcomes.
