The Member Experience Coordinator will work with the Director of Member Experience and Innovation to enhance the areas of Achievement, Belonging and Relationships within our Senior Membership population and improve the Member Experience and membership survey scores. This position will help the branches plan and execute adequate services and events to meet the needs of our senior membership population and increase the number of check-ins.
Responsibilities:
- Assist branch leadership with program development, event coordination and execution to improve in Achievement, Relationships and Belonging with our senior population.
- Work with branch leadership to create branch level Senior Program Committees to enhance program offerings.
- Develop relationships with branch staff leadership and volunteers to help deliver successful programs.
- Supervise staff, including hiring, onboarding, role-modeling, and coaching, scheduling and on-going development.
- Recruits and manages volunteers as needed per current Volunteer Policies and Guidelines.
- Set up leading practices for program delivery at Branch level.
- Oversee senior population membership compliance and reporting.
- Develop key performance indicator dashboards to track our senior population check-ins and usage to drive membership revenue.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three or more years of experience in related field.
- Skilled in project management and event facilitation.
- Project management and event facilitation experience (2 years).
- Budget management experience (2 years).
- Excellent human relations skills and an ability to maintain position communication with staff and members.
Schedule:
This is a full time position at 40 hours weekly. Schedule requirements, in addition to Monday through Friday, may include some evenings and weekends.
