Proposal Coordinator/Writer
We want people who can tell our story in a compelling way! POWER Engineers is currently seeking a Proposal Coordinator/Writer for our growing Advanced Utility Solutions Division. This is a professional-level position focused on coordinating the production and submittal of proposals and related content to help us meet our clients' needs.

Required Education/Experience:
+ Bachelor's degree, with preference for majors in English, technical writing, journalism, or similar
+ High degree of self-motivation, initiative, and follow-through
+ Demonstrated ability coordinating cross-functional teams to a successful outcome
+ Effective time management in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
+ Ability to handle multiple assignments and prioritize tasks based on shifting needs
+ Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills using a variety of media
+ Experience with standard MS Office software
+ Able to work regular business hours, 8 am - 5 pm, with occasional overtime, alone or in a team
Desired Experience:
Experience in the following is a plus, but not mandatory:
+ Proposal development
+ Grant or technical writing
+ Client relationship databases, specifically MS Dynamics
+ Software, Technology, Engineering consulting/technical or utility industry experience

Salary DOE: The pay range for this position is $50-$65K per year; however, base pay may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This figure does not include additional compensation such as health benefits, vacation, 401k, etc.
