Job Summary:
To provide coordination of all phases and activities associated with special university or community programs.
Job Duties:
- Coordinates activities of TCHATT project related to scheduling, including scheduling appointments in Epic.
- Consults with leadership to address customer concerns to determine resolution.
- Interprets program and services to patient/ responsible party regarding appointment policy and guidelines.
- Adheres to internal controls established for department.
- Performs related duties as required.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook. Strong customer service skills.
