What Expect as the Benefits Broker and Sales Representative:
- Design innovative methods to provide health-related products and services with the best solution for new and existing clients
- Develop strong partnerships and deliver exceptional group health and welfare solutions
- Leverage your extensive employee benefits industry knowledge to collaborate, strategize, and lead self-funded plan design, management, implementation, and administration
- Maintain a high level of involvement in the client management process, from open enrollment to policy reviews and renewal preparation
- Engage with existing and prospective clients with informative and intriguing health/benefit service presentations
What we are looking for in a Contingent Recruiter:
- Excellent closing ratio of 70%+
- 5+ years’ experience in inside sales within the payroll, benefits, ASO, and/or PEO industries
- Ability to interface with varying levels of employees with organizations and clients
- Highly driven with a passion for successful results and positive outcomes
Compensation: $75,000 - $125,000 Base plus up to $100k commission
