- To coordinate Clinical Services of Evening Clinic patients.
Responsibilities
- Provide coordination of services in accordance with psychiatric and psychosocial assessment and diagnosis.
- Coordinate with other members of multi-disciplinary team in developing and implementing treatment plan.
- Conduct individual and/or group treatment sessions for patients and families.
- Document in medical record diagnostic impressions of patient status and current progress.
- Coordinate patient/family education; encourage participation in care and consumer involvement.
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work or PhD (PsyD) in Clinical Psychology.
- Knowledge of mental health treatment and psychosocial resources, two years post masters experience in mental health treatment.

Compensation
The Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $58661 - $81675 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
