Our beautiful, 352-acre campus is conveniently located near Baltimore, MD; Philadelphia, PA; Washington, DC; and Wilmington, DE. We offer more than 80 affordable degree and certificate programs to nearly 2,000 full-time and 7,500 part-time students, as well as a wide variety of noncredit continuing education courses to nearly 11,000 students per year.
This position is responsible for creating comprehensive plans to effectively communicate the College’s mission, vision and values to internal stakeholders and ensuring alignment with overall communication goals. The coordinator works closely with the President, President’s Cabinet, and internal constituents to craft and execute integrated communication plans, fostering a strong and cohesive campus culture.
The coordinator assists with media relations and crisis management by serving as a liaison for the President in media interactions and providing support for crisis communications, indicating a need for swift and strategic responses during challenging situations.
The coordinator also maintains a consistency in messaging by overseeing internal communication platforms such as the intranet and SharePoint.
