Diamond Baseball Holdings (DBH) was formed in 2021 to support, promote, and enhance Minor League Baseball through professional management, best practices, innovation, and investment.
DBH is seeking a motivated Coordinator, Business Intelligence & CRM to support a wide range of CRM and Business Intelligence functions. The coordinator will work with the clubs to organize data sets, build reports, and curate functional insights for the Diamond Baseball Holdings portfolio. Areas of focus include CRM campaign management, data visualization & reporting, data entry and cleansing, and related data processes. The coordinator will support revenue-generation priorities, fan data collection efforts, and data warehouse management initiatives. This role reports to the Director, Business Intelligence & CRM Management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to understand data needs and ensure data integrity and consistency
- Implement data cleansing and aggregation processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Ensure data security and compliance with data governance policies
- Help implement and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM & KORE Software for new and existing teams in the DBH portfolio.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the CRM software for the DBH Clubs.
- Reporting audits to verify compliance and accuracy of data being input to CRM including testing, authentication and building of reports
- Provide CRM administration support.
- Champion the benefits of CRM utilization throughout the organization. Proactively research and develop creative solutions for CRM issues or adoption obstacles.
- Design custom reports in CRM or Data Visualization Tools for DBH Corporate or individual club needs.
- Design optimized SQL scripts to be used in Data Visualization Tools.
- Assist with the daily management of KORE Software relationship including Trello board, trouble tickets, etc.
- Help to ensure compliance across all ticketing teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study from an accredited college or university.
- 1+ years of experience in professional work experience in CRM, or sports Business Intelligence-related positions.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics and/or KORE Software
- Understanding of CRM principles, data models, and campaign management.
- Comfort with the concepts of SQL, database design, and data visualization software.
- Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and/or other BI / data visualization platforms.
- Understanding of tools used in the sports business landscape, such as Ticketmaster, Tickets.com, KORE Software, etc.
- Strong communication skills with variety of cross-functional stakeholders.
- Growth mindset with a natural curiosity in the field of business analytics. Commitment to detail-orientation, thorough documentation, and collaborative communication.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
