Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with and support The Dandelion Foundation Board in all identified tasks and activities
- Manage administrative tasks for the Dandelion Foundation (ie: scheduling trainings, answering organizational email and phone outreach)
- Oversee donor relations and development of a donor database
- Assist in all Foundation fundraising events (marketing, event management)
- Facilitate and attend community outreach and education events
- Oversee and expand The Dandelion Foundation marketing and social media platforms
- Collaborate in identification and development of grant applications and reports
Candidates must possess strong organizational and communication skills as well as enjoy working with community-based initiatives. This position will serve as a critical component to building the Foundation's impact in the community.
Requirements:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Business or nonprofit work experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new programs
- Proficiency preferred in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva
- Social media management skills preferred
- Successfully complete a background check process

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 10 per week
