ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR DYNAMICS
  • Distributes morning reports
  • Schedules daily production
  • Makes all entries and stock adjustments (All levels 20, 40, 60)
  • Receives purchased greige, completes all necessary paperwork and post any necessary journal entries
  • Responsible for all longfold data entries
  • Reconciles production with inventory
  • Follows production flow from each department
  • Oversees inventory statistics with frequent cycle checks
  • Assists with monthly inventory count
  • Other duties assigned by management are a part of this job

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR PRINTING CLERK
  • Receives and maintains a file of the batches issued to the Cooper plant.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of content stickers, labels, bands, UPCs and all other packaging items.
  • Coordinates with boxing schedule to provide packaging on time
  • Communicates directly with Print Shop regarding needed supplies
  • Adhere to company policies, including attendance and punctuality
  • Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner
  • Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures and instructions including but not limited to confidentiality requirements
  • Other duties assigned by management are a part of this job

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management skills and meeting deadlines
  • Ability to reflect positive attitude and disciplined work ethic
  • Ability to work in a team or independently
  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills are essential

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY
  • Good communication and human relations skills.
  • Good organizational and planning skills.
  • Working knowledge of all machinery used in Central Supply

Consistent daily attendance required.
