We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Helper to join our team. As a Kitchen Helper, you will assist in food preparation, menu planning, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about food service and wants to gain experience in a professional kitchen setting.
```Responsibilities:```
- Assist in food preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in food quality
- Help with menu planning and suggest new dishes or improvements to existing ones
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out trash
- Assist the chef or cook in any other tasks as needed
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
```Skills:```
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
