We are currently seeking Cooks to work in our kitchen. Cooks are responsible for preparing and maintaining high quality standards for all food prepared for customers & clients. Cooks report to the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
The goal of the culinary staff is to provide the highest quality meals available for our guest and clients, internal or external. Respect for the seasons, integrity of products, and passion for what we do will insure that we will deliver a memorable experience. Many languages are spoken here in our kitchen and it all translates to three words- “Passion, Understanding and Integrity” This represents everything that we produce in our kitchen and our food represents us.
Requirements:
- Technical training and/or experience in high quality food preparation and service in a hotel, country club, convention center or banquet facility
- Ability to follow written or verbal instructions accurately
- Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 to 10 hours
- Knowledge of proper and safe operation of kitchen equipment.
- Full understanding of culinary techniques
- Excellent knife skills
