- Perform tasks as outlined in the Apprenticeship document to meet established requirements.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience with mechanical or electrical systems (preferred).
Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Interested in becoming multi-skilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
- Desire to learn how to troubleshoot and repair automation systems and machinery.
- Able to respond well to feedback and develop high performance behaviors.
- Basic workshop/tool skills.
- Good communications skills at all levels. Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Experience of working to appropriate health & safety standards and regulations or a willingness to learn and practice these.
- Keep others apprised of information that contributes to the performance of the team, department or company (Team player).
- Excellent customer facing skills / customer focus.
- Able to prioritize and be flexible in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Eagerness to be trained and learn new skills.
- Must have flexibility in working hours and shift patterns to provide cover for operational requirements.
