This individual will be working with senior management to prepare monthly and year end financial statements and various special reports and benchmarks for the Greens family of companies based out of Charleston, WV. This includes multiple companies in the retail and service space.

Bookkeeping

o Daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting. This process involved logging into software such as QuickBooks (QBO) and Epicor to pull data, export via excel, and assemble into an excel style template.

o Booking of expenses to their appropriate organization, i.e. payroll totals, other expenses, etc.

o Paying vendor and other inter-company invoices.

o Recording revenue and billing customers as needed.

o Reconciling of statements to QuickBooks (QBO), Epicor, etc. (i.e. card statements, Vendor reconciliations, fuel card usage and billing, bank account statements, tax reconciliation, and others).

o Assist in inventory management and oversight.

Vendors & Customers

o Invoice customer accounts.

o Enter, track, and maintain vendor invoices and account statements.

o Assist in receiving processes with daily inventory and customer receivables entries.

o Track ACH payments and reconcile to invoices.

o Identify billing issues and address with the Finance Manager.

o Process and verify, then pass up statements for customer accounts to Accountant for verification, then send out.

o Receiving payments, ROA, and coupons.

o Reaching out to customers for reminders on past due accounts.

o Answering incoming customer and vendor questions and needs regarding payments and account balances.

o Identifying requests for items from customers that we don’t currently have on hand, which are then passed on via email to the Vendor Relationship Manager

Special Projects

o Assisting in research and implementation of new policies and procedures. Other duties as assigned.

o Execution of duties not typical to daily responsibilities for the sake of project fruition.

Operational Logistics

o Streamlining processes such as inventory (physical, ordering, etc.), receivables, payables, bookkeeping, and other administrative tasks.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
