Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 per year
Based in Chicago, we are a boutique Private Equity holding company that focuses on acquiring, supporting and operating manufacturing companies across the US. We work with growing manufacturing companies to not just be a capital provider but also be a hands on partner to help their companies grow. We are passionate and strive to help small companies grow correctly and efficiently. We are looking for a entrepreneurial controller that is looking to build out our accounting function and take it to the next level!

Job Details
We are looking for someone with:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required, CPA a plus
- Solid understanding of and proven experience with GAAP compliance
- Ability to wear multiple hats
- Experience with business accounting in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Someone with M&A/Private Equity experience preferred
- Previous experience with Private Equity reporting requirements is preferred
- Positive, proactive, can-do mindset
- Experience overseeing payroll in the past a plus
