We work with growing manufacturing companies to not just be a capital provider but also be a hands on partner to help their companies grow. We are passionate and strive to help small companies grow correctly and efficiently. We are looking for a entrepreneurial controller that is looking to build out our accounting function and take it to the next level!

Job Details

We are looking for someone with:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting preferred but not required
• Solid understanding of and proven experience with GAAP compliance
• Ability to wear multiple hats
• Experience with business accounting in a manufacturing environment preferred
• Someone with M&A/Private Equity experience preferred
• Previous experience with Private Equity reporting requirements is preferred
• Positive, proactive, can-do mindset
• Experience overseeing payroll in the past a plus
