Job Description
Complete and successful management of all accounting, financial, cash management, risk management, and information systems.
Preparation, dissemination, and analysis of all organizational and divisional reporting requirements including, but not limited to, monthly closing, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and related.
Supervise a highly effective and fully functional A/P and accounting department responsible for the daily accounting and bookkeeping activities. Responsibilities include hiring and training employees, planning, assigning, and directing work/projects, appraising performance, developing annual individual goals and objectives, and provide timely feedback.
Developing and nurturing collaborative relationships across departments and divisions so that the accounting, finance, and administration functions act in accordance with organizational and divisional goals and objectives. Fully understand the issues and opportunities related to each department and division and how they relate to the organization's goals and objectives.
Developing, maintaining, and continuously improving a comprehensive set of internal controls that mitigates risks, manages those costs are under control and cash resources are available at all times to meet the organization's obligations.
Partnering with the executive management team to drive the bottom line to achieve the company's goals, taking a proactive role in all strategic planning, evaluation, and professional development initiatives as well as planning for business expansion.
Must be able to consistently achieve high work standards, attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness a must
Skills and Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting required
5-7 years prior demonstrated experience in effectively managing all aspects of an organization's accounting.
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite; OneSite experience preferred.
Real Estate Accounting experience preferred
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Strong analytical skills
Demonstrated and verifiable experience and success with the following:

Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.
Willingness and ability to do whatever it takes, including the possibility of working after hours to meet department and organizational deadlines and responsibilities.
