Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Controller to join our dynamic finance team. As the Controller, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial health of our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in manufacturing accounting, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to roll up their sleeves to get the job done.
Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
• Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and drive operational efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. CPA designation is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
