Controller Benefits and Compensation:
- A casual and dynamic working environment (in office – East Tampa area)

- Highly competitive compensation of $120,000 - $150,000 (commensurate with experience), and strong benefits
Controller Job Duties:
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reporting packages and working papers
- Handle month-end close process
- Provide oversight in real estate pro forma preparation and project financial review
- Prepare cash flow and financial projections and forecasting
- Ensure efficient and effective internal controls are in place for accounting & finance processes
- Oversee banking, insurance, and treasury management
- Manage the accounting team
Controller Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, CPA REQUIRED
- Experience working at local CPA firm and smaller company industry experience highly desired
- Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent analytical, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Strong planning and organization skills and understanding of the importance of deadlines
- Superb communications skills required
