A Salem based company is looking to add a Risk Analyst to their Legal department.
Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing correspondence and contracts; administration of insurance and bonding including collection and review of COIs, renewals, and CIP enrollments; assessing customer and subcontractor compliance with the company's insurance and risk management program; review and assessment of the company's enrollment in project controlled insurance programs; general insurance oversight and project management; and coordinating other legal and administrative matters with our internal and external partners.
The successful candidate will possess the ability to work efficiently and independently and be able to manage high volumes of tasks and projects with guidance from the General Counsel as needed.

- 2+ years’ experience working in a construction and insurance risk management setting
- Previous experience with insurance (including general liability insurance, workers’ comp, and commercial auto, among others)
- CRIS certification
- Working knowledge of claims and insurance coverage
- Working knowledge of standard CGL endorsements and standard ISO forms
- Working knowledge of contractual insurance and indemnity provision
