Job Title: Success Administrator
Location: Redwood City, CA 94063
Duration: 5 months
Hybrid position, requiring at least 2 days a week in the redwood city office.
Job Description:
- The Success Administrator is primarily responsible for our Third-Party Contracts processing and serves as a liaison between Student Financial services and the Student Services Center.
- Experience in Student Financials and/or Third-Party contract processing is required.
- An ideal candidate will have experience working in the student financial module of Peoplesoft.
Core Duties:
- Review and process Third party contract vendor applications from students.
- Setup new vendor contracts in the Peoplesoft system.
- Process the Vendor Invoicing and distribute bills to the vendors.
- Make any necessary contract updates as requested by vendors.
- Review and maintain the TPC inbox. Providing timely responses to vendors and students on third party contracts.
- Submit military invoices using multiple portals.
- Assisting with the Service Now Ticketing system by reviewing and assigning tickets to SFS staff members.
- Review aging tickets with staff and director.
- Assist with the overall communications being sent from Student Financial Services to Students.
- Serve as a Liason between Student Financial Services and the Student Services Center.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and three years of relevant experience or a combination of education and relevant experience.
- Peoplesoft Student Financials experience.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize own work and multitask.
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to routinely and independently exercise sound judgement in making decisions.
