Job Overview:
Due to Company growth, we are actively seeking an experienced Contracts Management Specialistto join our Mega Projects Team remotley. We prefer the candiates be in the state of New York, but are open to remote work.
Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provides Pre-award contractual support, post award contract management support to Project Managers.
• Responsible for contract management, commoditites, change orders, legal, insurance and T&C's validity, etc.
• Provides assistance with Terms & Condition negotiations and coordination, redlining & reviewing
• Compiling bid event, T&C feedback and review
• Provides Pre-award contractual support, post award contract management support to Project Managers.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in Business or Equivalent Experienced
• Certificate in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) is preferred
• Five (5) years of experience in Contract Management
• Must have experience working on Engineering, Procurement, Construction Projects
• SAP Experience Preferred
• Must have 3-5 years of experience in the Utility Industry
• Must show proficiency in Microsoft Excel formulas, tables, and charts.
• Must have the ability to communicate accurately and clearly both orally and in writing.
• Must have a pleasant manner; able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Must have customer service oriented "can do" approach to work.
• Must have superior organizational skills and accuracy.
• Excellent problem-solving and people skills are also required.
