THE ROLE:
In this role, you will manage full cycle recruiting for multiple business groups at 24 Hour Home Care, ensuring the attraction, sourcing, and recruitment of top-tier talent. You will have the exciting opportunity to refine your recruiting skills, collaborate within a team known for its robust processes, and contribute to enterprise-wide projects and initiatives that drive organizational success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Develop and drive the recruitment process for temporary and entry level positions
- Partner with hiring managers to understand required skills, company culture, position profile, and other key success factors
- Engage passive talent and position 24 Hour Home Care as an 'employer of choice'
- Demonstrate a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on process improvement, operational efficiency, etc
- Support other internal teams and divisions when needed
- Act as advocate for both business teams and candidates throughout hiring process, establish regular touch points and diligent follow through for a high touch experience
- Manage the full recruitment process and candidate workflow through an Applicant Tracking tool (iCIMS preferred)
This is a fully remote position and minimal travel may be required quarterly.
This is a ninety-day assignment with a potential temp-to-hire situation.
The expected California Pay Range for this position is $23 - $24/hour.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
1+ years of staffing, recruiting or HR experience
Proven ability to build relationships
Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently
