Salary```Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Analytics to join our team. As the Director of Analytics, you will be responsible for leading and managing our analytics department, driving data-driven decision making, and providing strategic insights to support business growth. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive analytics strategy to drive business performance and growth - Lead a team of analysts and data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and support - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop analytics solutions - Design and implement data models, databases, and data integration processes - Analyze complex datasets using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, and VBA - Conduct statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities - Present findings and insights to senior leadership in a clear and concise manner - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance data quality, accuracy, and efficiency Experience: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Analytics, Statistics, or Computer Science; Master's degree preferred - Proven experience in a leadership role within an analytics function - Strong knowledge of database design, data analysis techniques, and statistical modeling - Proficiency in tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, VBA, and SQL - Solid understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions - Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information to non-technical stakeholders - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think analytically and strategically If you are a highly motivated individual with a passion for analytics and driving business growth through data-driven insights, we would love to hear from you.
