Position Title:Contract Specialist III (P2)

Role:
The Contract Specialist III supports the Network organization in creating and executing Small Cell and Fiber agreements. The Contract Specialist III is responsible for managing tasks, deliverables and timeframes related to the Contract Management lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Business Process Management (BPM) workflow to ensure that all contract requests and stages are actioned timely from contract delivery through full execution.
- Review and analyze project data to ensure complete, consistent and accurate information is available to fulfill contract requests.
- Prepare contracts in accordance with prescribed templates, guidelines, and established contract policies and procedures.
- Proactively engage functional partners to resolve data discrepancies.
- Ensure contracts are executed, per the Crown Castle Commitment Authority Policy and are approved by all appropriate parties.
- Forecast and manage deliverable timelines, including resolving issues to ensure targets are achieved.
- Develop and maintain successful business relationships with internal/external customers.
- Participate in and support cross functional projects including, but not limited to, process development, system enhancements, and new business integration.
- Supporting contractual compliance and automation initiatives.

Education/Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Juris Doctorate preferred
Experience/Minimum Requirements
- Five+ (5) years’ experience in real estate leasing/licensing related to the telecom industry
- Must have a thorough knowledge and understanding of license agreements and nature of compliance obligations

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
